About Us
the property

The land that the Stillwater River Lodge resides on was originally part of a large community farm. The "North House" was built in 1936 nestled along 400ft of riverfront property. Over the years the structure has undergone many transformations to become what it is today. We encourage you to join us for a fun and relaxing experience right here in Dayton, Oh.
We are available for overnight stays, small private gatherings and retreats.

We became the proud owners of this property in September 2016. while still living in Austin, TX. Having lived in many places across the United States we have always considered Ohio home and with the onset of our expanding family the calling to get back to our roots has been undeniable. We are excited to write the next chapter in our adventure by offering a unique event space and lodging experience to our beloved MidWest community.
